Нейротрофический фактор мозга (также нейротропный фактор мозга; англ. brain-derived neurotrophic factor) - белок человека, кодируемый геном BDNF. BDNF - один из наиболее активно исследуемых нейротрофинов, веществ, стимулирующих и поддерживающих развитие нейронов, однако активность белка не ограничивается нервной системой.

Взаимодействия

Показано взаимодействие BDNF с TrkB.[1][2] Также отмечаются взаимодействия сигнальных цепочек BDNF и рилина.[3]:237 В период развития мозга, клетки Кахаля-Ретциуса снижают экспрессию рилина под воздействием BDNF.[4] Подобное снижение экспрессии рилина отмечено и в исследованиях на культурах нейронов.
